Who we are
This website is operated by DJ Alan Geraghty (“we”, “us”), providing DJ services for weddings and events across Galway and the West of Ireland. If you have any questions about this policy, contact alan@topdj.ie.
Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, event date, venue and message. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and, where you go on to book our services, to plan and deliver your event. Submissions are sent to us by email via Resend, our email delivery provider, acting solely on our instructions to deliver this message.
How we use your information
We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Contact form submissions are used only to communicate with you about your enquiry or booking.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site (pages viewed, general location, device type). Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them in the cookie banner - until then, no analytics cookies are placed and no data is sent to Google. You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie preferences” in the footer, and Google Analytics may set cookies from google-analytics.com and googletagmanager.com once accepted. Data retention
We retain contact form submissions only for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry or fulfil a booking, after which they are deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing alan@topdj.ie.
